Justin Brown

Justin has spent nearly a decade coaching at multiple levels in the baseball industry. At the age of 26 he became one of the youngest head coaches in the NCAA. Alongside his coaching duties he has served as a college athletic administrator as well a professor in Strategic Leadership in Sport. After successfully leading two collegiate baseball programs, Justin left the coaching ranks to spend more time with his family and launch Stay The Course Leadership. He is the author of Stay The Course: Five Transformational Principles of Leaders Who Last.

Marcus Williams

Marcus was a former walk-on turned scholarship football player for The Ohio State University football team. While at OSU, Marcus played alongside NFL athletes and in big games including the 2006 & 2007 BCS National Championship games. Marcus holds his MBA from Ohio State as well as his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Ohio State. His leadership experience was sharpened by his time as a well respected team member at one of the nation’s elite football programs. He currently serves as an administrator in the Sports Medicine department at The Ohio University Wexner Medical Center.
