Success Is A Mindset
If you don’t believe, you never will…
I encourage you to take a moment to really sit critically with that statement.
Do you get what I’m saying? Do you agree? What do you believe?
No, I’m not trying to convince you that your beliefs are fixed and incapable of being changed.
What I’m saying is our actions are so heavily rooted in our beliefs that it is nearly impossible to separate the two.
For example: If I don’t believe I can lose weight, I will never seriously modify my lifestyle to align with that goal. Or, If I don’t believe in God, I would never pray.
I could go on and on filling in the blanks with endless examples demonstrating how influential our beliefs are.
So, again I ask you, “what do you believe?” Why?
Too many of us are showing up to life with borrowed beliefs, and we wonder why we can’t seem to figure it out.
We find ourselves stuck in this perpetual rinse, repeat pattern of behavior that keeps us exactly where we’ve always been. And, we become bitter, disengaged, demotivated.
So, we now have a bad attitude to go along with our hollow beliefs. This is so hard to overcome.
We become prisoners of our own mindsets – the set of beliefs and attitudes that shape our view of the circumstances, the opportunities, and ourselves.
Success, however you define it, is largely determined by our mindset. This shouldn’t come as a revelation but it really is everything.
Or stated differently, success is a mindset.
A proper mindset ensures success.
Talent alone can’t do that. Money alone can’t do that. Time alone can’t do that.
But, our mindset can.
Do you believe that? Look it’s ok, whether you do or you don’t you’ll be right.
Stay the Course,
